Is anyone else having a horrible time getting the puzzles to load. Was impossible yesterday. I would hit Play and the black screen would come up then never take me to the place where you decide the number of pieces. Then last night I got it to work by hitting refresh. I have emptied my cache, restarted my computer.... Today it is back to the same thing no matter the number of times I hit refresh. Is anyone else having similar problems. Does it in Safari and Chrome.
I have had this several times. I discovered that i had changed something in my account. The nickname or password, after this change i had the problem with the black screen of not loading a puzzle.
I'm in my third account, and make sure that i change nothing anymore in my account.
Thanks for your clue. I notice it works just fine if I do not sign in. So I am going to create another account. Hopefully that does the trick. Very strange.
On the russian site i read that if you do a puzzle unregistered you can still get it to count towards your account. What you have to do is this: Pick a puzzle not signed in and complete it ALMOST fully. For the last piece you open another tab in your browser where you do sign in. Then go to the tab with the almost completed puzzle, complete it and go back to the tab where you signed in. Click your name and wait for it to load your completed puzzles. You will see that the one you had on the first tab is now included.
