Es war bekannt. Es war bekannt das Flash Player sich abschaltet. Es gab Meldungen, Nachrichten, etc. Und trotzdem scheint für BigPuzzle die Nummer so plötzlich zu kommen wie der Winter für die Deutsche Bahn. Wieso haben sie sich nicht schon vor Monaten darum gekümmert? Vorgesorgt? Worauf haben die gewartet? Das Flash Player doch nicht abgeschaltet wird? Es macht mich wahnsinnig. Hier sind so schöne Puzzles und egal was ich mache, von Cookies, Cache, abmelden, anmelden, ich bekomme keine Teile gezeigt. Ich kann nix. Selbst ein anderer Browser hat nichts gebracht. Wenn das hier nicht bald gefixt wird... es ist wirklich schade, denn ich mag die Seite sehr und vor allem ist es ein schöner Zeitvertreib. Gnah. ich bin so wütend und enttäuscht. Da hätte man sich schon im August oder so, etwas überlegen |

I found a explanation on the Russian version of Bigpuzzle (biggpuzzle.ru). The builders are Russians guys (or girls). Here is the text in Russian and English. Might be strange sometimes because in didn't translate it, Google translate did. |

Dear friends!
The last day we received a large number of letters which we cannot reply because all our efforts has been put towards developing a new version of the game.
On January 12th 2021 Adobe ended the support of Flash Player, who was blocked and inaccessible for the majority of our users. The games was built upon this technology, and everybody got used to it over the years.
Although the blocking of Flash player was known and announced, we were not ready yet because HTML5 technology appeared to be less efficient then Flash.
The HTML5 version who is now available on this site, is far from perfect. We admit this and are doing our best for a new version of the game that is just as easy as the old one. This takes time and your support. Thanks for all remarks, even the negative ones. These are very important to us, and helps us to track down faults and shortcomings from the new version of the game. It takes long time to load, sometimes in frustration I'm clicking on vertical bar with arrow and it seems to help. I also checked that hardware acceleration is enabled in google settings. You find it under system in advanced settings. But don't do it in firefox as it doing more harm for some reason. Hope that will help. |

 | | MMM 18/01/2021 - 20:25 | | I like to thank Bigpuzzle team for tranferring the puzzle platform to HTML5, it is not easy to rebuild the entire game. I like the new game and the new pieces. I play in Google Chrome and it works fine for me although it take time to upload a puzzle. The only thing that I really miss is the No. of pieces limitation and I wish that we will be able to continue solving really big puzzles as lot's of people really like. - Thanks |

Benjamin Gough:: I want to get back to doing puzzles on this site, I can still access my saved games in the Flash versions by going to the image in the puzzle library, but it won't save any changes I make to those games. Anyone know why?

CORY:: During the completion,must find a way to know the rest of the pieces to go! Also,a way to enlarge the pieces being at the right side,before drawing them in the screen!

Bariboy252841:: The suggestion was from me, and it still works for me. Bigpuzzle.net is quite random, wat works for one person doesn't seem to work for the other. Bigpuzzle doesn't work in Google Chrome anymore on my computer, Morri had no problems in Google Chrome.

select a puzzlw without logging in
wait for complete load
login in a separate tab
does not work either (black screen). Or, sometimes it works randomly after a number of tries.
It seems that this iste ha been abandoned by the programmers, and does not work. Suggestion:use iigsaw explorer, it ha all the features of this and works.

Hector:: I am so disappointed with the new format. Very difficult to even attach pieces. Originally a match would snap in easily, now it is a tedious struggle.
