My problems were: finished puzzle didn't show up on my list; few missing pieces; and what look like a puzzle was finished, but program didn't wrap it up. But maybe this is not what some people wrote about, and I don't want to state the obvious. This side is visited by people of different age groups, and computer knowledge, so if anyone wants to know how I go about solving problems I encounter, please let me know. |

| | Bena 12/02/2016 - 12:33 | | To find missing pieces: 1/Click on the arrow at the top of the screen, it should return every single piece back to the pocket. 2/Zoom out using mouse wheel, make your puzzle quite small to be able to see if anything is hiding on the far edges of the working area. 3/Left click on your puzzle to pick it up, and using the mouse move it around to see what's hiding underneath. If you still can't find them, then sorry to say, there is some kind of glitch. You can try to log off, and log in again and hopefully the missing pieces will be there, if not then only people at BigPuzzle.net will be able to fix the problem. |

 | | SCC 14/02/2016 - 23:34 | | Hi everyone, When something like that happens to me, I shrink the puzzle several times, then move the whole thing and I find my pieces underneath since they didn't quite fit in. |
