Hector:: I am so disappointed with the new format. Very difficult to even attach pieces. Originally a match would snap in easily, now it is a tedious struggle.

TC:: I have tried to play this puzzle 4 times but it will not save automatically after putting together 30 or 40 pieces. Where is the manual save button?

Tayoula:: Well I make them, too. I made so many 3000+ Puzzles, but since flash player was closed, we have to do this with html5, and there are no 3000+ anymore... but hey :-/ the site still works

Dileyra:: Is there a chance to find puzzles with more than 1200 pieces that will work? There are some with 2.500 or 3.844 pieces in the description, but I only can choose the number of the pieces only up to 1.156 (or even less). Always liked to do the big ones. :(

Bariboy252841:: After the puzzle is loaded, log in again in a new tab from your browser. Not thesame one in which your puzzle is loaded.

Bariboy252841:: @Jim This site has not crashed, it doesn't work really wel. Sequence of starting a puzzle: - log out and select and start a puzzle. - when the puzzle is completely loaded, log in again. - Make a bookmark in your browser to continu later. Sometimes a saved puzzle doesn't load (black screen, no pieces start to load). Then your are logged out, sometimes the system behind this site log you out. Don't know why, just log in again and the puzzle will load. Good luck...

Jim:: As I cannot get any puzzle to load, can you please tell me whether or not this site has crashed?

wendecat:: There was a time when bigpuzzle was always down on my supposed waking hours. It's always around a certain time that I've kept tabs on it. Before I've figured out though, I would lose some of my progress T T
