Nanaki:: How can you save your puzzle now? and how can you scroll out to get a better overview without the pieces disappearing? :-/

Tharca:: On the russian site i read that if you do a puzzle unregistered you can still get it to count towards your account. What you have to do is this: Pick a puzzle not signed in and complete it ALMOST fully. For the last piece you open another tab in your browser where you do sign in. Then go to the tab with the almost completed puzzle, complete it and go back to the tab where you signed in. Click your name and wait for it to load your completed puzzles. You will see that the one you had on the first tab is now included.

OYY:: Thanks for your clue. I notice it works just fine if I do not sign in. So I am going to create another account. Hopefully that does the trick. Very strange.

OYY:: Hmmm...thank you, but I haven't changed anything. It seems to happen more with old puzzles than new ones. But now it seems to happen with all of them.

Bariboy252841:: I have had this several times. I discovered that i had changed something in my account. The nickname or password, after this change i had the problem with the black screen of not loading a puzzle. I'm in my third account, and make sure that i change nothing anymore in my account.

OYY:: Is anyone else having a horrible time getting the puzzles to load. Was impossible yesterday. I would hit Play and the black screen would come up then never take me to the place where you decide the number of pieces. Then last night I got it to work by hitting refresh. I have emptied my cache, restarted my computer.... Today it is back to the same thing no matter the number of times I hit refresh. Is anyone else having similar problems. Does it in Safari and Chrome.

Jim:: Lucy, this works for me on "Google Chrome". 1. Click on Big Puzzle.net 2. Select your puzzle 3. Bit of a long delay 4. Select number of pieces 5. Another long delay 6. Screen will black out 7. Underneath puzzle picture on blue background is the word PLAY (html 15), click on that 8. System will start to load showing a rotating piece 9. Screen will go all white 10.Puzzle picture will appear in top right. Click repeatedly to enlarge . Eventually pieces will appear in shape of vertical collumn. Good luck

Jim:: just attempted to do 1000+ puzzle. Was getting on fine, completed the edging and some of the main part. In attempting to exit the site I found it almost impossible to return to web page...you guessed it... lost the whole puzzle. Now to try something a bit more easier.
